Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with fuel dispensers and point of sale equipment, with the ability to complete tasks including hanging hardware and mechanical/electrical issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing petroleum equipment service and installation calls in a professional, timely, and quality manner. They will also be required to complete job paperwork, attend training courses, and act as a resource for customers.

  • Perform service and installation calls for fuel dispensers and point of sale equipment.
  • Complete job paperwork and attend training courses to maintain current certifications and equipment knowledge.
  • Act as a resource for customers, providing aid and product support to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a petroleum service technician.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience or schooling in a mechanical, electrical, or computer trade.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Experience with point-of-sale installation and repair required.
  • Experience working with Wayne or Gilbarco dispensers is a plus.
  • Experience working with Verifone is a plus.
  • Experience in computer networking is a plus.
