Quality Assurance Specialist

We're seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at nVent. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing quality assurance support and leading root cause problem-solving activities to improve internal and external quality levels. This role is a development track to a quality engineering position, providing structured involvement with quality engineering responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide quality assurance support and lead root cause problem-solving activities

Perform process validations, in-process inspections, and monitoring to analyze the quality of manufacturing processes and products

Provide support to design, manufacturing, and quality engineering functions for data collection, analysis, product review, and process capabilities

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

2+ years working in the quality/manufacturing field

Ability to use measurement tools and techniques

Strong knowledge and understanding of charting and process control methods preferred
