About The Role

We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Regional Operations Leader to manage the operations and performance of various locations within our organization. This position demands an energetic and influential leader capable of driving process enhancements, managing change adeptly, and motivating teams to achieve outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have robust leadership and communication skills, a strategic growth mindset, and a genuine passion for positively impacting our clients and provider members.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management

  • Provide visionary leadership to Office Managers and staff across multiple locations.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of long-term strategic growth initiatives and translate those strategies into actionable goals for your team.
  • Identify and mentor high-potential employees to prepare them for future leadership opportunities within the organization.

Operational and Performance Management

  • Oversee and evaluate the daily operations of multiple locations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to assess each location's performance, identify improvement areas, and devise strategies to optimize provider success and client satisfaction.

Project Management

  • Lead and manage projects aimed at expanding services, improving operations, and enhancing provider satisfaction and client care.
  • Formulate project plans, establish timelines, and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet objectives and deadlines.

Community Engagement Leadership

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's presence and reputation within the community.
  • Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to identify and address community needs and build partnerships.
  • Organize and participate in community events and outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5 or more years of experience in a leadership role with multi-location experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple facilities or locations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve objectives.
  • Project management experience with the capability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and maintain timelines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Additional travel may be required.
