Key Responsibilities:

– Respond to incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly attitude.

– Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices.

– Offer insightful recommendations for resolving issues.

– Clearly communicate complex technical problems to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.

– Provide customers with repair and replacement estimates.

– Ensure all repairs adhere to uBreakiFix's high-quality standards.

– Strive to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and exceeding expectations.

– Maintain an organized inventory and safeguard all store assets.

– Utilize the point of sale system to keep precise records of customer data and the status of repairs.

– Uphold a clean and professional store environment.

Essential Qualifications:


• Exceptional customer service abilities.


• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


• Collaborative team player.


• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.


• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience in repairing electronics, including smartphones, PCs/MACs, and gaming consoles.


• Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics.


• Previous experience in a retail electronics environment.
