Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate repair schedules, set target delivery dates, and secure necessary authorizations.
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Identify any additional damages during the pre-repair inspection and present repair options and costs to the customer.
  • Participate in team meetings to provide thorough estimates following vehicle assessments.
  • Facilitate timely processing of repair supplements.
  • Prepare estimates in accordance with insurance company standards.
  • Notify insurance carriers of initial estimates, supplements, and final billing as per guidelines.
Do You Have What It Takes?
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities.
