Role Description

As a Student Engagement Coordinator at Benjamin Franklin Cummings Institute of Technology, you will play a critical role in promoting student success and engagement through the Co-op program. Your primary responsibilities will include attending at least 3 external facing events as a representative of Franklin Cummings Tech, participating in internal events such as Lunch & Learn, Career Seminar, and Interview Days, and sharing reflections about your Co-op experience in video.

You will also be responsible for speaking with classmates informally regarding the benefits of participating in the Co-op, brainstorming additional strategies to improve student Co-op engagement and experience, and working closely with the Director of Co-op to achieve program goals. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of marketing content such as videos to be utilized by the school, and assist with other initiatives aimed at promoting student engagement and success.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have previously completed a Co-op, be in good academic standing, and possess a friendly and creative demeanor. A passion for Franklin Cummings Tech is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The estimated salary for this position is $15/hour, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
