Job Summary

Leidos is seeking an Associate Subcontracts Specialist to support the programs, proposals, and business objectives of the National Security Sector. This role is the entry point into learning and performing full life cycle subcontract management activities supporting primarily US Government programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support proposal activities, including negotiation of non-disclosure agreements and teaming agreements, preparation of solicitation packages, evaluation of subcontractor proposals, price analysis, and negotiation of price and terms and conditions.
  • Manage subcontract award and post-award activities, including subcontract modifications, risk identification and mitigation, issue resolution, internal reporting, and closeout activities.
  • Interact with other functional areas, such as program management, contracts, project control, finance, and growth, to complete necessary activities for the portfolio assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be able to clearly articulate statuses and issues to management, internal partners, and suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree preference: Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
