This part-time position involves approximately 20-25 hours of work per week, Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community health, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong commitment to family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase access to ABA services
  • Cultivate relationships with local providers, caregivers, and families to promote health equity
  • Collaborate with our care team to provide personalized support and advocacy for children and families

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, public health) or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of experience in community health, preferably in a leadership or advisory capacity
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
