Opportunity Summary:

Telecare Corporation is seeking a skilled Licensed Clinician to provide mental health support services to members served and their families at our program. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the coordination of all mental health support services provided by the Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health support services to members served and their families
  • Assist in the coordination of all mental health support services provided by the Team
  • Collaborate with team members and outside agencies to ensure effective service delivery
  • Implement crisis interventions and provide emotional support as needed
  • Document all interactions with members served and their families in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)

Requirements:

  • Valid and current license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD
  • Master's degree in Social Sciences
  • One (1) year post-master's direct service experience with mentally ill individuals
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
  • Ability to use company vehicle to drive members served to appointments and groups, etc.
