Job Description

As a Lead Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing mental health support and interventions as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Your duties will include:

  • Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Adhering to professional standards and regulations in mental health care.
  • Supporting patient access to resources and providing advocacy as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Minimum years of experience working in mental health settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
