Dietitian Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian Clinical I to join our team at D-H Lebanon-MHMH. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for evaluating, assessing, and planning nutrition care to meet the unique needs of our pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient nutritional status using documented medical information and established nutritional standards.
- Counsel patients and/or families by identifying nutrition-related problems and developing plans of instruction and nutritional care.
- Identify inpatients at nutritional risk and document recommendations.
- Participate in physicians' rounds, discharge planning rounds, and conferences with nutritional implications.
- Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and nutritional standards.
- Conduct education programs for patients, community groups, and staff.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in nutritional sciences.
- Prior specialty experience preferred.
- Current NH Dietitian license required.
