Job Overview:

  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring maximum satisfaction and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of menu items, including coffees, beverages, sandwiches, and salads, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Promote menu items and specials to enhance food and beverage sales while accommodating special requests from guests.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of dining essentials, including plates, utensils, and napkins, throughout the shift, adhering to established restocking procedures.
  • Complete all pre-shift and post-shift tasks, including side-work and necessary documentation.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment, addressing any equipment issues or safety hazards promptly.
  • Process customer payments in accordance with established cash handling policies to safeguard financial transactions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
