Market Barista

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Market Barista to join our team at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort. As a Market Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and preparing beverages and food items for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
• Operate a cash register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change as needed.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items, including coffee, tea, and pastries.
• Assist servers and host/hostess as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including counting cash and preparing reports.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hotel or food service environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
