Join the Scottsdale Plaza Resort team as a Market Barista, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist servers and host/hostess as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including side-work and cash handling.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, providing a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

• High school diploma or equivalent, and/or related experience in a hotel or food service industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
