Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our team in the New Haven/North Haven area. This is an entry-level position that offers a great opportunity for career growth in aerospace manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture metal E-Rings according to ISO documentation and procedures
  • Perform metal plating and other manufacturing processes
  • Safely operate various machinery, including Planish Press, Belt Sander, Roll Form Machines, Polish Equipment, and Hydraulic Presses
  • Read and interpret work instructions and communicate with team members
  • Perform assembly and inspection tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math skills and ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
