Job Title: Early Childhood Development Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Development Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism and their families thrive.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for childcare and a love for working with children, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of experts.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
  • Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
  • Provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting, utilizing evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic techniques.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
  • Reliable transportation to both training location and local center.
  • Ability to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client.
