About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement individualized developmental plans for children with autism, utilizing the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and other evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including naturalistic therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and mental health services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress and offering guidance rooted in best practices.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in autism care and related fields.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as child development, psychology, or special education.
  • Experience working with children with autism and their families, preferably in a therapeutic setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build connections with young children and their families.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
