Job Title: Early Childhood Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Developmental Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy to young children with autism.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Developmental Therapist, you will work closely with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, to develop and implement individualized intervention plans for children aged 2-6. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children within a clinic setting, utilizing evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic techniques.
  • Implementing individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
  • Collaborating closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are crucial, along with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
