Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Developmental Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will play a vital role in providing individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children, implementing intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Build strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification
- Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Competitive compensation ranging from $20.50 to $26.00 per hour, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities
