Workforce Solutions Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce challenges, business objectives, and hiring needs.
  • Design customized staffing solutions that align with their goals, whether for contract staffing, direct hire, or contingent workforce management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Develop and deliver tailored workforce solutions, including temporary staffing, project-based hires, and workforce planning.
  • Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client workforce needs are met efficiently.
  • Track and analyze key workforce performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, employee retention, and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and staffing solutions.
  • Proven ability to consult with clients, understand their workforce needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Experience using workforce data and market trends to guide client decisions and improve staffing outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee the successful delivery of workforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both clients and internal teams.
  • A creative problem solver who is always looking for innovative ways to enhance workforce solutions.
