Job Title: Superintendent

We are seeking a highly experienced Superintendent to oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling and quality control.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and changes.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction management.
  • Familiarity with a variety of construction projects, including ground up, remodels, underground, educational, commercial, senior living, healthcare, industrial, office buildings, retail, restaurants, and restoration.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Working knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
