Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom and luxury construction, as well as experience in various types of construction projects such as ground up, remodels, underground construction, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling and quality control
- Communicate with project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and changes
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management
- Familiarity with a variety of construction projects, including ground up, remodels, underground, educational, commercial, senior living, healthcare, industrial, office buildings, retail, restaurants, and restoration
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Working knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
