### Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

#### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team at Corient. As a FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and decision-makers by providing financial modeling, analysis, and insights.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Participate in office visits to build and strengthen relationships with business leaders and decision-makers.
* Serve as primary lead on financial modeling, including revenue forecasting, bonus plan modeling, and stress testing to support long-term strategic planning.
* Assist in M&A integrations by serving as the primary contact, leading communication and coordination efforts during transition.
* Interpret financial data to identify trends and variances. Provide regular financial analysis and reporting to senior management and key leadership.
* Work closely with department heads on annual budgeting to develop accurate and achievable budgets.
* Variance analysis to review actual performance against budget and forecasts & identifying areas of improvement.
* Collaborate with various departments to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Continuously assess and improve FP&A processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy (monthly financial package and deliverables).

#### Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 2 years of relevant experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
* Experienced in financial planning and analysis.
* Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
