Nursing Opportunity: LPN Role in Crisis Care
We are seeking a compassionate LPN to join our crisis care team at Ohio's Hospice. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients who are actively declining, working in a 1:1 setting to deliver personalized attention and support.
Job Summary:
As a Crisis Care LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, and documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records.
Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio
- One year of nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate electronic medical records
