Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technologist Program
  • Certification from the NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) within 90 days of hire
  • Ability to work well with internal and external customers
  • Fine motor skills
  • Ability to wear a surgical mask and gloves
  • Auditory skills which allow incumbent to hear individuals whose speech may be muffled
  • CPR certified
