Job Title: Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Function as a member of the surgical team, preparing and maintaining the sterile field.
  • Participate in maintaining the readiness of the Operating Room.
  • Maintain a professional work environment and demonstrate accountability for own self-development.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to provide excellent patient care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
  • Certified Surgical Technologist certification from the NBSTSA within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to work well under stressful conditions and in difficult situations.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance.
