Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure accurate allocation of funds.

  • Oversee the processing and verification of invoices for operating expenditures and contract payments.
  • Direct the preparation of grant status reports to state and federal agencies.
  • Provide expertise on funding sources, contracts, and application requirements.
  • Recommend funding awards and ratings for grant applications.
  • Oversee the asset management process within the fiscal division.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in grant management and accounting.
  • Familiarity with Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership, and State Housing Initiative Partnership rules and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
