Marketing Lead Analyst

A key resource on the customer retention marketing team, this position will support the Individual and Family Plans, Small Group business unit with responsibility for developing and executing legally required customer communication campaigns.

Working closely with the Segment Marketing Advisor, this position will partner with enterprise and business unit compliance teams to identify, develop and execute communications strategies and plans to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations across all customer marketing channels.

This role may also be responsible for managing compliance and legal reviews of all materials, as well as negotiating and/or resolving complex issues with internal customers and matrix partners using independent judgment and discretion.

The successful candidate for this role will be a self-directed, proactive individual who brings a natural intellectual curiosity and appetite for action to the role and is comfortable with a fast-paced, rapidly-changing start-up environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business, compliance and marketing partners to develop campaign strategies, plans and timelines.
  • Partner with the analytics team to develop and execute the campaign, as well as conduct post-campaign analyses.
  • Manage the production and approval process through internal and external creative and agency resources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Experience leading and managing external creative agencies and production vendors.
  • Experience with healthcare insurance regulatory and marketing compliance requirements.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills.
