Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Inside Sales Agent to join our real estate team in York, PA. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in sales environments and have a passion for building relationships with clients.


About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a growing and progressive real estate team, utilizing our proven sales system and abundant leads to drive success. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, and qualifying potential clients to move them forward in the sales pipeline.


Key Responsibilities
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process.
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads.
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process.
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to $60,000+ at plan earnings, providing a strong foundation for long-term growth and development within the company.


Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car.
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position.
  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license.
