This role involves assisting with budget documentation and tracking, supporting in-person and virtual meetings, and covering event coordination and departmental work.

About the Role

This Administrative Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to provide high-quality public education to all students.

Responsibilities
  • Supports in-person and virtual meetings, as well as coordinates events.
  • Provides administrative support, including processing correspondence and preparing reports.
  • Covers travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience expected.
  • Minimum two years of professional experience in a busy work environment with tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated success in project management, event coordination/facilitation, and administrative services.
Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $62,000, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.
