About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Program Director to join our Psychiatry Residency Program at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in New Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Psychiatry Residency Program, ensuring its growth and success
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and other faculty members to develop and implement program goals and objectives
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to residents, promoting their professional growth and development
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum and educational programs
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with accreditation standards
Requirements
  • Board certification in Psychiatry
  • Eligibility for licensure in New Hampshire
  • At least 2 years of experience as a core faculty member in an ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency program
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, faculty, and hospital staff
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
