HCA Physician Recruitment is seeking an experienced psychiatrist to join our team as an Associate Program Director for our psychiatry residency program at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the psychiatry residency program, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement curriculum, educational programs, and evaluation methods to support resident learning and development.
- Collaborate with faculty members to provide high-quality education and training to residents.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of the program.
- Board certification in psychiatry.
- Completion of an accredited psychiatry residency program.
- 2+ years of experience as a core faculty member in an ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency program.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
