Lead Global Creative Team

Peloton is seeking a seasoned Head of Global Creative to lead our global creative team and drive the development of our brand's visual identity, tone of voice, and essence. This role requires a strong ability to partner with senior leaders across Marketing and cross-functional organizations to ensure the brand essence comes to life through every consumer touch point.

We're looking for someone with at least 15 years of creative experience, including in-house and agency roles, who can manage large-scale creative projects with senior internal and external stakeholders. A strong understanding of digital channels, including social media, interactive design, and performance creative, is also essential.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with creative agency partners and driving growth and retention within their team. They'll be responsible for setting a creative vision while motivating and inspiring their team to deliver best-in-class work across all channels and consumer touchpoints.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of creative experience (in-house and/or agency)
  • Experience managing large-scale creative projects with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with digital channels, including social media, interactive design, and performance creative
  • Strong relationships with creative agency partners
