Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Head of Brand Innovation at ByHeart. This position requires a unique blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive the development of innovative brand experiences that captivate our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovate and Implement New Ideas: Develop and execute innovative brand strategies, concepts, and initiatives that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth for ByHeart.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Design, Copy, Brand, Comms, Digital, Retail, Medical, and R&D teams to align creative efforts with business objectives and drive success through collaboration.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Research and analyze consumer behavior, cultural trends, and industry developments to inform creative decisions and ensure ByHeart remains relevant and connected to its audience.
  • Foster a Culture of Creativity and Inclusivity: Encourage a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and excellence within our organization, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Creative Experience: Proven track record in brand innovation, design thinking, and storytelling, preferably within an omni-channel, disruptor CPG brand or agency environment.
  • 5+ years of Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Strong Portfolio: Showcase a blend of strategic, brand-building work and hands-on execution, including brand storytelling, visual identity, digital, offline, and social creative.
  • Cultural Relevancy and Commercial Savvy: Deep understanding of consumer insights and cultural trends, with a knack for turning these insights into impactful, relevant creative work.
  • Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate a compelling creative vision and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Our estimated salary for this role is $270,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards. Additionally, you will be eligible for a discretionary performance-based annual cash bonus and participation in our company's equity program, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
