Job Title: Retail Office Assistant

Rooms To Go is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Office Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our retail store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales associates, and ensuring seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support sales associates with tasks such as processing payments, handling finance applications, and answering delivery questions.
  • Assist with customer care responsibilities, including answering phones and responding to customer emails.
  • Perform various office duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining store records.
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements:
  • Over one year of relevant experience in retail or customer service.
  • Courteous and patient demeanor with strong customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of MS Office.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
