- Provide outstanding customer service to in-store clients and phone inquiries.
- Exhibit excellent listening skills with customers, team members, and management.
- Take responsibility for addressing customer shipping requirements and propose effective solutions.

- Operate all equipment, software, and devices proficiently and be willing to instruct others.

- Excellent packing abilities.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
- Exceptional phone etiquette.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and arithmetic.
- Dependable, responsible, and punctual.
- Capable of lifting over 40 pounds.
