Key Responsibilities:Financial Oversight:
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Preparing and maintaining financial records, reports, and statements.
- Processing invoices, payments, and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconciling bank statements and monitoring accounts for accuracy.
- Coordinating with vendors for office supplies and equipment management as necessary.
- Ensuring precise reconciliation of accounts through general data entry tasks.
- Assisting in analyzing billing metrics and preparing reports promptly.

Administrative Assistance:

- Handling confidential and sensitive information with care.
- Maintaining organized and current client files and records.
- Entering and updating data in accounting software and databases.
- Generating reports to aid in decision-making.
- Assisting with notarizing and witnessing clients' legal documents.
- An Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with Apple Computer Products.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- The capability to prioritize tasks and work independently is essential for success in this role.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Previous experience in finance and office administration is preferred.
