Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

AmeriPro Roofing, a leading residential roofing contractor, is seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join their team in the South and Southwest Chicagoland area. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for educating and informing homeowners on what they're entitled to through storm damage as it relates to roofing, siding, and gutter projects. You will work with homeowners to identify and close new sales opportunities, manage and maximize assigned territories, and conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage.

Responsibilities:
  • Hunt and qualify new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, preset leads, networking, and social media
  • Manage and maximize assigned territory to meet sales goals
  • Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage
  • Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed
  • Review scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners
  • Meet with insurance adjusters on property
  • Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners
  • Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales/networking
  • Build relationships with homeowners by earning trust and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Educate customers on industry products and AmeriPro's policies and procedures
  • Manage sales pipeline via CRM and maintain constant communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office staff
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience
  • Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred)
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
  • Industry knowledge a plus, but not required
  • Previous experience using a CRM platform required
  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently
  • Dedication to personal career development and reaching sales goals
