Restoration Sales Manager Opportunity

This esteemed commercial restoration company is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to fill their open position of Restoration Sales Manager. With a strong focus on growth and development, they are looking for a talented professional to join their team and contribute to their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue growth and expansion in the commercial restoration market
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and development

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the commercial restoration industry
  • IICRC qualifications in Fire, Water, and Mold strongly encouraged
  • Commercial and residential construction experience
  • Background in reconstruction and mitigation
  • Highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and think outside the box
  • Xactimate, DASH, and MICA experience preferred
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
