Job Title: Production Supervisor

Lindsay Windows South is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of production associates.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with all departments to optimize production time, materials, and manpower.
  • Oversee production areas to maintain high quality, efficiency, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Develop and implement measures to improve output, equipment performance, and product quality.
  • Support planning, coordination, and organization of area functions.
  • Ensure efficient production meets customer demands in quantity, quality, and cost.
  • Resolve root cause issues and support training of new associates.
  • Liaise with departments and suppliers to prevent delays.
  • Maintain a healthy and safe workforce and workspace.
  • Provide direction and disciplinary action when needed.
  • Interview team members as needed.
  • Foster a sense of teamwork and treat all team members with respect and fairness.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Direct leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience leading teams in multiple areas concurrently.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Working computer knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift/transfer 50 lbs regularly.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate co-workers, colleagues, and team members.
Compensation:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
