Job Overview

We seek an Executive Culinary Director to oversee the quality and consistency of all products and performance in both our ghost kitchen and onsite kitchen. This role requires attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to implement policies and procedures created by our senior chef team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of product quality and consistency across both kitchens.
  • Maintenance of clean and organized kitchen environments.
  • Par and prep management to optimize production efficiencies.
  • Identification of areas for improvement and implementation of solutions.
  • Assistance with R&D, menu changes, and weekly specials.
  • Management of par sheets and other documents for kitchen teams.
  • Delegation of prep tasks to lead line cooks, prep cooks, and line cooks.
  • Assistance with prep schedule completion.
  • Expediting food flow out of the kitchen.
  • Ordering inventory throughout the week.
  • EOM inventory count assistance.
  • Hands-on work with line staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Daily line checks and staff meetings to align tasks and goals.
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations and regular audits to reduce risks.
  • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Operations experience required.
  • Prior supervisory/leadership experience desired.
  • Able to take direction well and apply feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills with members, employees, and partners.
  • Strong written and verbal aptitude to guide operational staff.
  • Ability to identify problems and find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.
  • Fully open schedule availability and flexibility for 24-hour facility operations, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts.
