Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled TMS Technician to enhance our expanding practice. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality care to individuals facing mental health challenges. Our organization values a collaborative atmosphere where clinical excellence and patient well-being are prioritized.
Compensation:
The hourly wage ranges from $21 to $25, influenced by geographic location, educational background, and relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care with a minimum of one year of experience.
- Work effectively with patients experiencing anxiety and depression.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while interacting with patients in a mental health context.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and a friendly attitude, contributing positively to team dynamics.
- Possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree; however, candidates with substantial patient care experience will also be considered.
- Nursing students or recent LVN graduates are encouraged to apply for this part-time role.
- Be adaptable and willing to travel to various locations as necessary.
- Initially, candidates should be available for 20-25 hours per week, with potential for increased hours based on performance.
- Complete TMS Certification, with training provided during the onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- Preferred educational background: Associate's degree or higher.
- Minimum of two years of excellent customer service experience.
- At least one year of direct patient care experience.
- Mental health experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Interpersonal skills to foster positive interactions with patients.
