Clinical Collector

We are hiring a Clinical Collector to join our team at Pride Health's client facility in Marion, North Carolina. This temporary assignment has the potential to become a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Estimated Salary: $19/hour

The Clinical Collector will be responsible for collecting blood samples, evaluating specimen quality, and preparing specimens for transport to external laboratories. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

• Performing venipuncture and capillary collections accurately and efficiently
• Conducting Legal Blood Alcohol collections following proper protocols
• Obtaining blood specimens from indwelling lines using universal safety precautions
• Assisting in training new employees and students in phlebotomy techniques

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Graduate of an approved phlebotomy training program or accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
• ASCP certification preferred
• Experience with EPIC and laboratory information systems
