Business Development Representative

Job Description:
The Sales Associate will be responsible for educating customers about our products and services, focusing sales efforts on existing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months in a client-facing sales or customer service role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking, evaluation, and analysis abilities are also essential for this position. Experience in a leadership position is preferred but not necessary.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints efficiently and effectively
- Stay up to date on current product pricing, new products, and delivery schedules
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuous education and training
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated at $55,000 - $75,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
