About the Role:
This is a full-time W2 position with a base salary of $60,000. On-target earnings reach up to $101,000, making it an attractive opportunity for motivated individuals looking to make a significant impact in their local communities.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent SpotOn: Sales as a local expert in your community, providing advanced technology solutions to business owners.
  • Travel to client sites within a designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new customers.
  • Manage the sales cycle from start to finish, focusing on software and point-of-sale solutions along with payment processing.
  • Work closely with the extended Sales Support team to meet monthly sales performance goals.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on small business owners, merchants, and restaurants.
  • Proven track record delivering against sales goals with a metrics-oriented approach.
  • Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce as a CRM is a plus.
  • Maintain and manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
