Your Role

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to collaborate with our Infrastructure teams across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our dedicated technical staff to create compelling proposal submissions that distinguish us from competitors, enhancing your skills in writing, project management, and design.
  • Support all facets of the pursuit process, including workflow coordination, resource assessment, technical content preparation, interview coaching, and debriefing sessions.
  • Develop high-impact materials such as proposals, presentations, qualifications, and other communications that align with Stantec's branding and messaging.
  • Engage with marketing, public relations, and technical teams on targeted publications, e-campaigns, promotional materials, and key industry events.
  • Maintain internal marketing databases that track information related to personnel, projects, pursuits, and promotional activities.
Qualifications

Skills and Experience
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skills; capable of managing conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite considered an advantage.
  • A commitment to teamwork and a strong appreciation for work-life balance.
  • Able to work both collaboratively and independently, adapting to various personality types and management levels, whether in-person or remotely.
  • A genuine interest in building relationships and fostering trust.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Education and Experience
  • A post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a marketing capacity.
  • Experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with transportation and community development sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
