Position Overview:
- Oversee bed assignments and utilization within a specialized area
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with medical staff for patient admissions and transfers
- Participate in daily care coordination meetings
- Evaluate and report on bed utilization metrics
- Ensure adherence to discharge protocols
- Facilitate admission authorizations
Qualifications:
- Completion of high school education
- A minimum of four years of clinical experience or a related background
