Job Summary

The Clinical Coordinator RN is responsible for coordinating the departmental clinical operations, ensuring smooth processes within the perioperative period. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective methodologies to support anesthesia personnel, surgeons, nursing, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate admissions and transfers to facilitate timely patient flow throughout the department.
  • Delegate patient care to appropriate personnel by making assignments based on needs, abilities, and expertise.
  • Identify and implement effective communication and coordination methodologies to ensure smooth processes within the perioperative period.
  • Support the mission, values, and management of patient care services.
Requirements
  • 4 Years Nursing - Related Area Required - And Clinical - Critical Care (ICU/CCU) Or Clinical - Surgical Services Preferred
  • Graduate Nursing Required - Or College Courses Nursing Required - With Required Licensure/Certification - And Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
  • Registered Nurse Required - And National Certification in Nursing Preferred
Work Schedule

Saturday & Sunday 7:00am-7:30pm
