About the Role

The Finance, Insights & Enterprise Solutions department at Novo Nordisk is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to provide crucial insights on the company's performance from a consolidated P&L perspective. This role will be responsible for driving and coordinating key strategic processes in finance, owning consolidation across North America Operations, and delivering insights for informed decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders in North America Operations and Headquarters, proactive monitoring of financial impact and market dynamics.
  • Drive and coordinate key strategic processes in finance, including the Anchor Budget, Rolling Estimate, quarterly and yearly closing, BRM meetings, and other related processes.
  • Own consolidation across North America Operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication of complex financial situations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, reporting, or business partnering, with people management/project management experience preferred.
  • Strong focus on process management, optimization, and structured workflows, with high-level proactivity, energy, and ability to drive and complete projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ambitious mindset with a continuous improvement approach and a desire to simplify the way we operate and generate new ideas.
