- Maintain high customer satisfaction and engagement by introducing new features and focusing on loyalty.
- Oversee customer onboarding, operationalizing successful references and case studies.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, including customer success, account management, or strategic consulting. SaaS expertise and account sales representation experience are beneficial.
- A collaborative team player with innovative ideas to drive customer loyalty and adoption.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building internal and external connections.
- Bachelor's degree required.
$90,000 - $122,000 per year, based on the title, job description, and location. This estimate reflects the average salary range for this position.
