Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer value through proactive success initiatives.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by empathizing with their needs and guiding internal stakeholders.
  • Develop account strategies, leveraging upselling opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and engagement by introducing new features and focusing on loyalty.
  • Oversee customer onboarding, operationalizing successful references and case studies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, including customer success, account management, or strategic consulting. SaaS expertise and account sales representation experience are beneficial.
  • A collaborative team player with innovative ideas to drive customer loyalty and adoption.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building internal and external connections.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

$90,000 - $122,000 per year, based on the title, job description, and location. This estimate reflects the average salary range for this position.
